I now have two fully functional jointers in my shop! The 4” has new knives, plus I replaced the bearings in the motor and cutter head. So the big Oliver has a little buddy.

Got both vanities installed yesterday. These sit 10” above the tile floor, hanging from French cleats.

Putting the final coat of conversion varnish on everything this morning. Then prep everything for install later this week. I’m super happy with how it all looks. This walnut is gorgeous!

Here is a look at the door and drawer front arrangement for the large unit. Continuous grain with 1/8” spacing all around.

Getting a continuous vertical grain across the fronts of these vanities with solid wood (rather than plywood) takes some extra attention during layout.

Here are the assembled boxes, almost completed. These vanities will sit 10” off the floor, so I’ll be mounting them to the wall with an integrated French cleat.
Drawer boxes are next.
